Products are manufactured and tested in accordance with the applicable standards specified in each order (e.g. API 5L, API 5CT, ISO). Third-party inspection may be arranged by mutual agreement, with Mill Test Certificates provided as standard.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the delivered goods under the relevant contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of production or profit.

These terms and any contractual relations are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
